The More god

Sunday lesson was on "a god named More".  To get the full lesson you can go here and listen, but the short version has these cool points.

The average American spends 10 times more on interest from credit card balances than they do on charitable giving.

There are 12 billion square feet of space used annually on storage facilities for people to keep their stuff that they can't fit in their homes.

We are a people that were created to live in Eden, where we would want and need nothing.  We will never be completely satisfied with our lives here.

Everything that the "More god" has to offer us will burn up.  Why am I spending so much effort on things that will become dust and ashes?
